Review on 🏞️ Kaytee Woodland Hideaway by Julie Smith

I first bought the Kaytee Woodland X-Large rabbit house, it arrived with a tear between the door and window - the shipping carton was undamaged. It was returned and my money was refunded quickly. I then bought two Woodland Large guinea pig houses. Both arrived intact, but after 24 hours one broke between the door and window - in the same place as the rabbit house. You spend more time and effort returning defective products than the original assembly. Very disappointing. Katie must work on a redesign to fix a known issue. The buyer should be careful. Pros: Solid wood, including pins to hold the pages together. Cons: Known design flaw. The product quickly breaks/splits/rips/falls apart between the window and door with little or no use.
