Well its a pain to open since there is no flap to open the packaging, but minor issue. I just installed it today and so far it's ok, at best. I mean it does match the color very well however, it is kinda rough. I was thinking that it would give it the same feel, but it gives it like a cheap plastic feel. That really comes into play with the trackpad. I mean this is my first Mac and i want to make sure to take care of it and with the trackpad being the same color I want to make sure that it does. I enjoyed it the first few days without protection to make sure that I want to keep the machine and I did, but after installing the protector it is kinda rough on my fingers that make me not really want to use it. Maybe it will take some getting used to but I'm not a big fan of how it feels. I am also hoping that when it is time to remove it, it doesn't leave a residue. I only say that because you have to get it right the first time installing it, as it is not reusable. But hey it feels like it is going to protect this pretty good, I hope.
