This is a buzzing collar that my dog ignores. Buzz - heal. Repetition. really try, outside, the dog just keeps walking. Most deaf dog websites recommended this product. My 1 year old deaf dumb boxer (rescue - had no previous training) just ignores me and the trainer. It took me several months to get the trainer to work with my deaf child and now I am not getting the collar back. This is a decoration in a drawer. The collar is not intuitive to any of us. We had trouble getting it to work as a teaching tool (remember, look at me, whatever). Maybe it will work in the future once we establish some kind of obedience.
