Review on 🖌️ Cretacolor Oil Pencil Drawing Set - Tin Box with 6 Oil Pencils - Multi-Colored by Elizabeth White

My first set of oil pencils. For comparison I have Eberhard Faber Ebony and Conte a Paris Carbone and Pierre Noir. Not a fan of soft pastel rulers or prickly charcoal. Exactly my taste and need. Carbon would be my favorite, but wood comes in different densities. The ebony is great, but the lead sometimes leaves something to be desired. These pencils have excellent leads and wood, making them easy to sharpen. Durable and comfortable to grip. Love oil sticks for their smooth glide, color and versatility. Tune in for drama. It's also fun to paint them with a wet brush. Lighter traces are erased quite well by plastic. Victory.
