Review on ๐Ÿ’† Gaiam Restore Mini Muscle Massager - On-The-Go Handheld Deep Tissue Pressure Point Tool for Back & Spine Massage by Melissa Cunningham

Simple, effective. watch your hair (Review with photos and manual!)

After unpacking I found my back's new little best friend. I come to this review knowing that I usually play tennis, racquets and softballs myself, usually on the floor, to release knots and tension in my back. My back can suffer a lot, so for me most of the time the more pressure the better. (My chiropractor always tells me "Relax!" to which I reply "I AM!".) The device is small, fully portable, and the strap is convenient so it doesn't take up space in your bag. I see myself hanging it on a handy hook, on a drawer handle, on a belt loop, on a bag's straps or even on a keychain. The green part of the device is a grippy, flexible rubber/plastic with some pretty strong spikes that I wasn't sure would make a real difference until I tried it. As in other test reports, you can see that the gray parts on both sides hold the whole device together. The reviewers who said they broke it either abused it or were REALLY tough on this device - it's definitely not indestructible, but it's designed to give you bang for your buck so you don't overdo it. I immediately found a blank wall. and massaged my spine to BIG effect. I've been struggling with knots lately so this came at just the right time for me and I'm already feeling a lot of relief! Rollers on the wall, the handles really work which I was skeptical at first. I have the benefit of being able to use the dotted end on my back due to the very long arms and it's amazing. The device has just the rigidity that allows me to work with knots myself. If you have a helpful partner, I am sure that the result will be even better. I'm familiar with the use of these devices, but out of curiosity I downloaded their "manual" which I've attached for you. This is a simple set of 1 page images showing where the device is being used. That's all. No longer! As you can see the 6 pictures show that this device is recommended for legs, arms and back - not to mention the legs (where I've seen others get too carried away and break the device - I see - it was probably really good). ).The only warning I will give you is if you have long hair, get it out of the way! I made the mistake of rolling my hair against the wall with my hair loose and the grippy rubber band pulled out quite a few strands. Oops! Lesson learned! It's a really handy little device, I'll be using it often so I'll update this review if anything changes, but I have a feeling I won't give up my thoughts on this.
