Review on Kitchen 50217 Diamond Pull Thru Sharpener by John Bailey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great sharpener for counter storage

Excellent sharpener for knives and scissors. A rough slot is great for sprucing up your abandoned, dull knives. The thin groove alone is sufficient for regularly sharpened knives. The grip is good and your fingers are at a safe distance from the knife blade. The lower part of the sharpener is rubberized and does not slip when the knife is pulled. The sharpener looks good and is compact enough that we keep it on the counter next to our knife block. If I had to change something, I would rotate the scissor slot 90 degrees to minimize the chance of the scissors coming loose and cutting me. hand leaving the slot.

Pros
  • Ambidextrous. Soft handles. Non-slip base for stability when sharpening
Cons
  • Expensive Insurance
