Review on Fabtech FTS810372 Shock by Reggie Hobbs

For me, these shocks were an improvement over the basic shocks that came with the Fabtech 6" lifter. I never liked basic shock absorbers. I could tell from day one that the Basic shocks were either too tight inwards or outwards due to the jolt they caused when going over bumps. Regardless, I kept them for 7 years and drove about 80,000 miles on them. It's time to change them. New shock absorbers are worth every penny. They are very easy to install but it takes time (6 hours in my case). The ride was incredibly comfortable. From the first drive I made around the block, I could tell these shocks lifted the back of the truck and absorbed energy well. The looks of these bad boys are amazing too! I really hope they can handle the stress when I go to the mountains soon!
