Based on the reviews I've read here I want to point out a few things.1. Don't forget to remove the factory protective film first. Please note that Samsung does not recommend doing this yourself to avoid damaging the screen. I removed mine by getting a piece of paper under the film in the corner of the display, it immediately peeled off from there. This is overkill, but a very safe way to remove it. Many have done it themselves, and if you prefer Samsung to do it themselves, they will. You need to bring it to the Samsung store or mail it. Life is short. Do not be afraid. A sheet of paper is all you need.2. You will see bubbles. don't take it off Do not go through all 3 as you will have air bubbles right away as this is quite normal. Wait a few days and you will see the bubbles shrink and disappear. If they don't go away after 4-5 days you must have really butchered him lol. Don't worry, use a different one in that case. I had my doubts. A day later most of the blisters disappeared except for two large creases in the crease. The two left after a few days. This protection minimizes fingerprints and looks better/smoother than the factory protection. Before that, I tried a matte screen protector, which does an excellent job of hiding fingerprints, but severely darkens the main display. It's an amazing screen and the main reason you spend so much money on a phone. This defender will not do that.
