I replaced the wireless A4Tech R8 mouse, which only lasted 11 months before it died, with this one, which I purchased six months ago. And I had a lot of problems with that mouse, including constant disconnections, an awkward design, and buttons that stopped working one by one. It's been 11 months and three buttons still don't work. This mouse is the exact opposite of what you may expect. Very pleasant to hold thanks to its smooth form and comfy contours. The channel of communication remains open. There has not been a single gap or microfreeze in the past half a year (with A4Tech R8, this issue occurred on a daily basis and there was no way to fix it). And maybe the most fascinating aspect is the astonishingly low cost of maintaining the battery charge. It is possible to power it from two batteries at the same time using only one cell, however in this scenario, the mouse looked a little on the hefty side to me. In general, I only dropped one division of charge over the course of six months with a single battery. It's incredible, considering how frequently and for how long I use the mouse. The body of the mouse has a coating that provides a gentle feel to the touch. There are no traces of fingerprints or any other evidence that hands were used. Paint was used to apply the company logo to the casing, and it washed off after about half a year. In general, there is nothing to be afraid about. Without it, everything has a charming appearance. The mouse can be difficult to control at first because it has a certain slipperiness to it. There is no negative feedback. The buttons are pressed with a significant amount of volume. Take into consideration that this mouse is the noisiest of all the mice I have ever owned while making your purchase. You are able to bind anything you want into the program, including macros, double and triple presses, and whatever else you want to make the buttons do. All of the buttons are fully customisable and reconfigurable. Including the button used to adjust the dpi. I am really delighted with the purchase, especially given all of the pain I went through with the cheaper A4Tech R8, and I would recommend buying it. It is preferable to overpay in order to avoid suffering.
