Review on Yokohama Ice Guard IG50 215/50 R17 99Q winter by Stanislaw Plonka ᠌

There are pros and cons, think before buying.

Tires only for warm cities! Where roads are not cleaned - better choose something else . Every time it blows away. And the drift is sometimes unpredictable, which makes these tires, without exaggeration, dangerous! In my case, they are 205 \ 55 \ 16, they are new, I skated about 500 km . And I will tell you that every time you drive on a snowy road . You will be afraid that a car will brake sharply in front of you or suddenly you need to turn around, but time is short . Tires for dry and wet pavement only. And on pavement they will be very quiet and it will be a great choice! As soon as you are in snow porridge, there will be no clutch from the word at all.

Pros
  • Very quiet, comfortable, excellent rolling (reduced fuel consumption) Holds very well on dry and wet pavement
Cons
  • Absolutely does not hold on snow/snow. If you want to slow down or turn more or less. You are in for a surprise and obviously unpleasant
