Received this item today. One part was damaged/dented which is very disappointing. As other reviewers have noted, it arrived in a plastic bag; no instructions, no pictures. However, they are clearly placed on Revain in product photos. It's tiny but just what I need for my dwarf hamster 🐹. Perfect size for Sammy Hammy. It is not known what materials were used in its manufacture. It's not plastic or wood. Reminds me of a styrofoam billboard, but I really don't think it's that. The parts are pretty close together. I believe they are necessary to give it stability. You just have to be patient and use controlled force while assembling the house. And we collect in the order listed in the product description. My hamster only went downstairs because I put his favorite treat in it. If you haven't reached the top yet, don't trust the ladder. The size is perfect for a dwarf hamster. I would not buy again. Indecisive, leaning towards NO. *** UPDATE *** Will definitely buy again! My dwarf hamster 🐹 LOVES 💕 his house! It's been almost a week now and I can't get rid of it. Lol 😆 Easy to clean with a damp cloth and pet spray. I use the Kaytee brand and also the Nature's Miracle brand for small pets.
