I used these to make 'worry stones' with my 2nd grader. They took pieces of three different colors and rolled them into a ball and then made a thumbprint. After we baked them, we created expectations for their use. It was easy enough for all my students. I liked that there were so many colors for the students to choose from. Also, yes, the clay blocks are small, but after crafting about 25 worry stones, I still had half a container left. The only drawback is the packaging. It's very thin and the sound doesn't stay in the compartments. Also, the directions were lackluster in some areas so I had to go back to Revane to get directions.
