Review on Spectra Premium FN664 Fuel Filler by Justin Hines

My gas cap has rusted through because the plastic protector keeps dirt/salt and everything off the road. The fit was spot on, the Denso alternative for my car didn't have a pressure relief valve mount (which was $270 from Subaru); I patched my old valve with silicone and rubber so far so good. I will say, and even from a Subaru dealership, remove the plastic protector and leave it on, at least you can spray away the collected dirt from the filler neck when washing the car. The original filler neck was so badly rusted that I had to drill screws around the gas cap. Make sure you remove the old hose from the fuel tank before drilling/grinding; if needed. I managed to break off part of my old filler neck to drill out the bolts.
