Disappointed with house cleaning

Extremely disappointed with this product. Received them on Saturday. Today is Tuesday. All 3 toilets have lost their lavender color and smell. 1 toilet is a very light lavender color when you flush. Everything will become clear in a few minutes. I opened the tank and it's a ball of lavender that doesn't move. I got pricked and now I get bits of ball pill when you flush. no bueno
