This is beautiful but does not come fully assembled. I thought I was missing a clear divider but it turned out it was in the box. If you are missing a part, check the box carefully as the parts appear to be packed very loosely but are made of plexiglass to prevent breakage. The cup holder isn't attached, but you have the hardware to install it but no tools. They also include screws and drywall anchors to attach the whole thing to the wall. If you don't want to mount it even though it's flat on the countertop. I like it because it's well designed to hold tea bags. It is convenient to put individual tea bags on the bottom or on top, and on top you can put small tea glasses, our hot chocolate bags. If you want to use it to make coffee, coffee spices fit perfectly. I like that everything looks organized and neat. I just put it on the worktop next to the coffee maker, which in my case is also a hot water dispenser. I use it for 10 hot chocolates and it's great.
