I finally got out my new earplugs for swimming and it was very disappointing. Not only did the water start seeping in immediately, loosening the ear cups, but the problem only got worse when you tilted your head to breathe between steps. The strap feels like a wet towel around your ears and forehead while swimming. The product was completely ineffective for what it was advertised to do and I would not recommend purchasing it, especially if you are looking to protect your children from swimmer's ears. If there were a more isolated option that offered more protection, I would definitely go for it.
