Our son has been wearing ear tubes since he was 3 months old and has had difficulty keeping water out of his ears despite using and trying different ear plugs. Our search led us to the ear bandit and we use it with earplugs to keep our ears dry while showering and swimming. He outgrew the area but we just bought a big one. He loves it and it's the only thing that has consistently worked for us. No ear infections in the past few years so I'm happy! Will continue to use.

I finally got out my new earplugs for swimming and it was very disappointing. Not only did the water start seeping in immediately, loosening the ear cups, but the problem only got worse when you tilted your head to breathe between steps. The strap feels like a wet towel around your ears and forehead while swimming. The product was completely ineffective for what it was advertised to do and I would not recommend purchasing it, especially if you are looking to protect your children from swimmer's

I am so happy that this product actually does what it says on the tin in the sense that it keeps my ear (perforated eardrum) dry when I swim in it while wearing earplugs. However, the velcro keeps popping open and I have to stop the laps frequently to fasten it securely. I bought the large (adult size) as I'm an adult but it seems quite large to me so I have to pull it to the end of the velcro to keep my head in place. I even sewed on an extra velcro to hold it tight but still release. Not sure
