The most helpful feature is being able to plan out my trip weeks ahead of time, so I can be prepared for everything! It's easy enough that even a non-techie like me can use it without getting bogged down by too much techy jargon. The ability to send emails, post photos, and schedule appointments has been essential in making sure our team is always connected with each other, as well as keeping in touch with our clients. It's also great to be able to track costs, as well as keep everyone up to date about what's happening at any given time. We've used it to help organize and share information about our trips, including sharing pictures, tracking costs, and providing updates to our clients.
