It started cracking after a few months and needs to be replaced after a year

The plastic insert is so cheap it tears and feels uncomfortable in the hand. I can't understand why it has such good reviews unless they refer to a brand new case that has never been worn. The exterior is well preserved. It's a shame to think that binding plastic is crap.
