Netger Arlo is a great idea but their hardware quality control is terrible

Netger Arlo is a great idea but their hardware quality control is terrible. We've had so many issues with cameras, batteries and this charging dock not charging properly. And Netgear knew there were a lot of fake serial numbers out there, but didn't bother to do anything about it. Worst of all, you have to deal with Netgear support. Oh, and you'll have to pay your own shipping for their defect. Charming,
