Netger Arlo is a great idea but their hardware quality control is terrible. We've had so many issues with cameras, batteries and this charging dock not charging properly. And Netgear knew there were a lot of fake serial numbers out there, but didn't bother to do anything about it. Worst of all, you have to deal with Netgear support.
