This is my first smartphone stabilizer - I've used stabilizers before with my DSLR but even they aren't very wide so I'm still a beginner. I was impressed that there were very few settings for this gimbal, all you had to do was open it, download the app, connect your phone and start recording; With that alone I was impressed with the result. I definitely think it will get better with some tweaks after I get more movement, but out of the box it's definitely a noticeable difference. One thing I noticed was that the video quality when using this app seemed a bit worse than when using my phone's camera app directly, but of course to use the stabilizer you have to use the app, and that could be a problem again. Fiddled with settings more than me.
