To make a long story short, I received an offer to replace the black and gray valves on our 2017 5th wheel which we have now purchased. The dump buttons never worked properly, even when new, and soon got to the point where I couldn't close them completely. To keep a trickle of uncomfortable water from escaping, I added external bleed valves, which worked, but I was still concerned that the factory bleed valves weren't working properly. I got an offer for hundreds of dollars to replace both valves (RV center in Kelso, WA) but decided to buy this crap first. I poured the bottle into the black tank and the bottle into the gray tank and added water. (Yes, I did not follow the instructions in the letter). As I started screwing the black valve in and out I thought I broke the cable because it suddenly lost resistance. The same with the gray valve. The valves weren't broken, they just worked as they should. They were easier to manage than they were when the trailer was brand new and best of all, no more rough water dripping. Just my experience but I think I only put a product review here so this stuff really impressed me!
