Whilst I loved this lovely set that came out of the box one of them appears to be defective. I put Himalayan rock salt in one and black pepper in the other. He who has salt does not grind salt. It just gathered around the gasket part and I had to twist it 50 times to get anything out and it wasn't very good. I changed the setting to course setting and it's still just as bad. I gave two stars because one works and the other is rubbish. UPDATE: The seller of this lovely salt and pepper set emailed me offering a refund and sent me a full set for free. I changed my rating to 5 stars because there are always mistakes, but good customer service is hard to come by. I will look for other things from this company for gifts.
