Didn't fit perfectly. As an aftermarket stereo installer you may find imperfections in the way it sits, otherwise the finished charging cradle will do for a few new phones, which is all I need it for. However, there are plastic cutouts or moldings on the bottom of the tray that sometimes make it difficult to put anything inside. But for $10. I hooked up my stereo and am very happy with it.
