The Physimor coffee maker was ordered to replace a worn out previous coffee maker. So far I like this coffee maker. If you want to program the coffee machine for the next morning, then the coffee has to be hot when you want it. Set the time, fill the water tank, fill the coffee filter to the right level and forget about it. Like many modern coffee makers, this brand has a non-stick hotplate with a 2-hour limit to keep the coffee warm. Well, I don't plan on leaving the coffee in the pot that long, but it's there if you want it. And if something gets spilled, the warming plate is easy to clean. Two features I really like are the 5 cup carafe and the reusable filter. A 5-cup carafe is almost all of the coffee I drink in the morning. I don't need a 10 or 12 cup pot and a 5 cup carafe is much easier for one person. And my husband uses a 12 cup container to brew a full pot of green tea. Thanks to the reusable filler, I don't have to keep buying paper coffee filters. The filter is plastic and I have concerns. When I first used the coffee maker, the coffee tasted stronger than an older 5 cup coffee maker. I shortened a spoon and found it very tasty. It seems that due to the fact that the filter is conical, it needs less coffee to produce the same strength as the old coffee maker. If there's another problem, it's the price. At the current price, the coffee machine seems overpriced. There are other coffee machines with the same features but cheaper. Either way, this is a good coffee maker. SUMMARY: I love this coffee maker. It makes good coffee, is easy to clean, delivers a good single portion and I don't have to keep buying paper filters. I would order this 5 cup coffee maker again.
