Difficult to program, the book says one thing, the website says another. Coffee spills onto the counter while brewing. The instructions are sloppy and incomprehensible.

Size 4 cups all I need. Bought for 2-3 people maximum, but daily use for one person only. Very easy to use and much easier to clean. Works perfectly. I am satisfied with my purchase as it covers all my needs.

This coffee maker worked fine for a couple of weeks, and then one morning I was sitting in my living room waiting for it to brew when I saw a flash in the kitchen and smelled smoke. Running into the kitchen to find the entire back of the coffee maker was on fire! Fire shoots to the ceiling. He pulled out a fork and put out the flame with a towel. Thank god I got there before my kitchen caught fire. The entire back of the plastic coffee maker melted. See photo. I am returning this item.

Decent little programmable coffee maker. The carafe is suitable for one or two people when you both just need a cup in the morning when you walk out the door. Programmable functions are intuitive, there are not many new features. Once programmed, it would turn on in time and make a decent cup of coffee (and it's not the machine's fault, it's just a problem with the ground coffee waiting all night to be brewed).
