This is a good product for the price. Exactly as described and I love that it's quiet and the second hand runs smoothly. They certainly would have gotten more than 5 stars if they had included instructions and packaged the hands better. Now they just threw hands wrapped in thin plastic into a clockwork box with a metal hook. If they wrapped the clock hands in stiffer cardboard there would be fewer complaints about bent clock hands. These are simple and inexpensive fixes that a manufacturer can make. Luckily the clock hands I wanted to use were fine. However, some other designs were bent.
