Love this thing. I can prepare individual ice cream portions in no time at all. The directions say 5 ounces is recommended, but you can make 8 ounces. Also the manual gives you some recipes but for numerous batches. This means you'll need to store this in the fridge until the next batch, and Zoku will need some time in the freezer in between. So if you're planning on making 10 servings of the same thing, I think that's fine. sugar and a pinch of salt. Add whatever you want (a few drops of vanilla extract, cocoa powder, etc.). ONLY add Mix In when the ice cream starts to form, especially if it's cookies or similar, otherwise it will soften and lose its crunch. Hope. these tips will help!
