I ordered an instrument last year to get an all in one kit after struggling with drum kits and couldn't find some of my instruments. I used disc compressors for the first time the other day and one of them is completely disassembled like they forgot to cut it. I contacted the manufacturer and they said to contact Revain. So no guarantee/customer service or offer to sell me the exact part I need. That's one of the many reasons I avoid cheap tools. I guess I learned my lesson again.
