Broke twice in the same place. The first time I thought it was an accident. The second time it is either a delivery/packaging error or a manufacturer error. Either way, I'll get a refund and try something else. The third device was delivered intact and appears to be working properly. The hardest thing now is getting the fish used to it, but that's up to me.
