Dermedicine Hand Therapy Hand Cream Review PROS: β€’ Nice interesting scent (my opinion) β€’ Feels very smooth on application CONS: β€’ Medicinal smell (female opinion) β€’ Requires many uses to be effective. Living in Arizona, where summer humidity is in the single digits and we're lucky enough to be in our mid-20s in winter, we're used to having dry skin. We're always looking for new products, and that sounded interesting: the cream doesn't cost as much as this cream costs, but we paid the same before. Good quality skin cream can be expensive, and cheaper products are often not worth the price you pay. The first and most obvious thing that both of us noticed is that it takes a lot of applications before you get any results. With 3-4 uses spaced 15-30 minutes apart, this can lasts a short time, especially if we use them both. I liked the smell, it reminded me of some of the ginseng flavored products I used for us in Asia. I know it's supposed to be an apricot and I guess there are some similarities between apricot and ginseng, but it reminds me more of ginseng. My wife, on the other hand, said it had a medicinal odor; Not strong, not evil, but not pleasant either. None of us noticed a "lightening" effect, but that's not the reason for our product choice. I would probably rate it higher if it costs less than it is. We have used products that were just as good and much cheaper, and we have used products in this price range that were much more effective as they lasted longer and/or required less use.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Too boring
