Updated: I contacted the seller who apologized for the error and immediately issued a credit for the missing items. Excellent customer service and very good products, so I changed my rating from two to five stars. Original: Two bannetons and their liners look good. However, the set I bought was supposed to include two bread scrapers, a bread slicer, and spare razor blades - none of which were in the box. I don't want to take advantage of Revain's offer to replace it with the same one as it's possible, maybe even likely, that I'll just receive another incomplete batch. What to do? Several other reviewers have mentioned the same issue. Come on Revane, do it!
