My wife is on the phone all the time so she gets over it pretty quickly. Plus, grandkids are always pulling the wires. I usually buy two at a time to save time and effort. About every sixth headset I buy is completely new, as it often falls. You can't expect a lightweight headset with tiny cables to last forever.
