I remember a time long ago when the Plantronics brand, always more expensive than the competition, meant a quality product. Don't waste your money on this headset or this brand.

We have an old phone system for our shop and have always used this brand. The only downside is that the wire inside the cable is quite brittle, which is why I've replaced it several times over the years. But the last one lasted from 2017 to now, so I'm fine!

Well, because the plug doesn't fit my phone, I can't use it normally. I bought an adapter to plug 2.5mm headphones into a 3.5mm phone jack but people can't hear me. They say I sound like I'm speaking from across the room. I don't know if it's a headset or an adapter. I think it's an adapter. I used to have the same Plantronics headset (only 3.5mm) and it worked great. Unfortunately, this means that I now have to buy a completely new headset.

I was trying to replace an old Plantronics headset with a Panasonic cordless phone. I was happy to find this Plantronics headset. The shape of this headset was very similar to my old one. Unfortunately, there is no volume control or mute button in this version. The sound quality is excellent and light. But I couldn't mute the headset during a conference call, so it's not as good as my old headset.

My wife is on the phone all the time so she gets over it pretty quickly. Plus, grandkids are always pulling the wires. I usually buy two at a time to save time and effort. About every sixth headset I buy is completely new, as it often falls. You can't expect a lightweight headset with tiny cables to last forever. The price is reasonable and she hates using her phone so this is the way to go.

This headphone does not work. It seems like an extra adapter is required to use the phone, but the information on the website doesn't explain that. I also tried this on my Plantronic phone but it doesn't work because the connection is overloaded (fails). I cannot recommend this headset or dedicated phone and unfortunately did not return it in time as it was very difficult to figure out WHY it didn't work.
