First of all, every family in my family gets one of these for Christmas! This little gadget is just awesome! We love garlic and use it in most of our meals, but I usually use a press or just a powder because I hate handling garlic, it's so sticky! But with that, it has the part that peels the garlic for you, and then you just pop it in the chopper and close the lid, and perfectly chopped garlic comes out in a handy little container. Everything has been thought of with this device. It can be washed in the dishwasher. All parts are detachable for easy washing. There's even a piece that can be detached to remove any leftover garlic from the grate. Highly recommended to all garlic lovers!
