Very user friendly and excellent Customer Service

The best part about using bilins is that it's very easy for me as an owner/operator (O&E) or manager in my business because I do not have time nor interest in learning how everything works from scratch which could take days if done well! And they are always working with us helping make improvements where needed within their system - so no complaints there either!! They also provide ongoing support when problems arise along side great advice "on top offs" should something go wrong but work through them immediately before doing anything else. Not much at this point although maybe more features would really enhance things even further. Great product overall though worth considering especially during these difficult times due too COVID19 pandemic. Help solve issues regarding customer service calls being made back into main office via phone call lines vs email inboxes etc., better control over incoming emails / messages sent.

  • Good suggestions provided by staff members whenever we ask..Good help desk team who takes pride n fixing any errors promptly..Great communication between all departments involved including internal employees across different teams such Customer Service Reps Vendors Sales Team Ops Manager VP Finance Accountants Managers HR General ledger managers...etc
