lightweight discreet WOW

I care a lot about the quality of my shoes. But I have to say these boots are the best I've had on my feet since I got my first bondockers in the navy. They fit perfectly out of the box except for the shocks I ordered. it's a whole different job. The laces are the right length, strong arch support. I've already talked about this with my comrades and active duty. I often don't like a product enough for that. The only real issue with the boots was fitting the cushioning insoles I ordered to ensure they fit perfectly. [Correct Fit/Size of Replacement Insoles] Take the insole and trim it by cutting along the cutting line ONE size larger than the boot/boot itself (to allow for shrinkage). Don't worry if the size is a full size or a half size, the rule is the same (11 or 11.5, you cut the insole to size 12 anyway). Remember to cut ABOVE the size of the insole, not on it. Then, one at a time (without removing the factory insole), carefully insert and adjust the replacement insole until it matches the factory insole. Slide your foot into the shoe/boot and then stand with your foot on the ground and allow your full weight to press down on the insole until it no longer sinks and resists your weight. This will give the replacement the shape of the factory insole and shoe/boot. This is extremely important when using memory foam insoles. Repeat the same with the other boot(s). Then carefully remove both insoles and reinsert the new insole into the boot/boot, making sure the heel cup and upper ribs are perfectly smooth. Then, starting from the center of the arch, grasp your fingers and gently slide the insole forward across the width of the shoe/boot until it is snug at the toe and edges. It's an extra 10-15 minutes of effort, but you'll get a lot better. and more durable fit.
