Locks work but be prepared to disassemble and re-solder yourself
All keys and locks work and worked as expected for such a cheap lock set. However, I was disappointed when, after assembling the scooter, I unsoldered the power contact on the rear rotary switch, resulting in intermittent contact and making the problem difficult to diagnose. After swapping all the electrical connections, I found that the problem was in my new ignition.
