The customer service is outstanding! They always do what they say when you ask for help with anything related or not (i.e., exchange rates). I have been using them since 2006 so it's hard to think about disliking any part at this point but if there was something that would change my mind - i'd be open minded enought to try another provider out because their support staff knows everything inside & outside an office building as well!!
