This is an updated account of my experience after installing this wireless rear view camera on a 2010 Audi A4. I had a hard time identifying the cables at first. which supply the reversing lights of the Audi sedan. Through trial and error it turned out that the wires to the brake lights and reverse lights are 4 wires. I was able to find this out by examining the lighting unit and the 4 wire connector. At first I had doubts that the radio signal from the camera on the license plate would reach the display built into the dashboard. As soon as the image appeared I was impressed by its quality for a display of this size. Over time I need to determine the distance to objects etc. I am so confident that this will work that I will ask for the gift of the offered front view camera. / I assume that the connection power for this will be much simpler. The inconsistency of the camera view shown on the display is an issue for me. I am patiently waiting for a solution to this. Another observation: the LEDs in the camera are not very useful. They do not light up because of the light from the number plate etc. The reversing lights also give enough light. So the lights are not that useful for my Audi A4. The seller was very available with email communication. although I had everything clarified before they could answer my questions. For the price this is a good deal. just be patient Make sure you can power the camera from the circuit you intend to use. Good luck to all my friends who do it themselves! I upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 stars now that I know this thing works! I'm updating my rating. In my experience, the product works as advertised. The seller tried to respond quickly to my requests. Aside from the difficulty I had locating the wires to the reverse light, there were no hiccups. The video display of the camera views was good. As stated in the small leaflet that came with the camera, the seller sent a second camera with it. I think for the price paid this is a very good deal! My only suggestion to a potential buyer is to go with a wired camera over a wireless system to avoid the possibility of weak signal etc. Of course, car wiring has its own quirks. available for such a project. If wireless is the easier option, just do it!
