The ability to store information in electronic fashion. Easy to operate, saves time and money through automation of tasks which used to be done manually. Not so good for security issues. Very basic platform, need improvement in this area as well. Need more robust platform so that all the data can be stored effectively without any fear of corruption. We are managing our documentation very efficiently using enghouse ekms. Its easy to operate, save lot of time through automating many routine tasks. The ease of use. The ability to have a knowledge base that is searchable, and easy to update. The ability to have a community forum that is searchable, and easy to update. There are some small things that could be improved. For example, the ability to have the forums in a different format. The ability to have a better way to search for questions. The ability to have a better way to search for answers. The ability to have better integration with other knowledge base software.
