The most useful part is that it can be used with any data source like S3, Big Query etc., which helps in getting insights even from unstructured datasets! Also very easy to use compared to other options out there.

I also really liked their support team who were fast at resolving my queries related to using this product. As of now, there has been no such major issue faced by me or heard about by anyone else so far. One thing I would mention here may seem insignificant but helped us a lot was its ability to ingest large volumes of historical logs in less than few minutes without having to wait for hours while processing the same through our existing code base!
