I've tried many ways to reduce the amount of litter strewn around the house: different cat blankets, rugs, towels, a new tray to get them out through the top. I've had limited success with all of this. Unfortunately, this rug is no different. It catches some of the debris, but most of it seems to be scattered throughout the house. While it's about as effective as other rugs, I like the two-ply design that makes cleaning easier. It doesn't slip on the floor but has a higher profile than some other doormats. It's a decent size. It's not machine washable so I don't know how long it will last before it has to be thrown away. It's a decent mat, but I was hoping for better results to be honest.
