Review on TeroTAM by Andrew Webster

The ability of having all our assets in one place is amazing! It's very easy for us to access everything we need through this software and it has made communications so much easier too! I wish they could have more than two phones on at once but that's not really an issue since there are many different types of devices you can use with this platform. We have been able to track our equipment down to the last piece of paper or plastic. This allows us to know exactly where each piece of equipment is at any given time so if something happens, we will be notified immediately. In addition, this also helps when people call about their equipment needing repair. Before using this product, we didn't always know who was working what job until after the fact. Now, everyone knows how things work together and repairs get done faster because someone else doesn't waste time trying to figure out which equipment needs attention first.
