Because I do a lot of my shopping online and am a big fan of working out, I was really thrilled to check out the Brocato online store. However, the experience did not live up to my expectations in any way. To begin, the group of specialists that was supposedly going to be there was nowhere to be located. When I asked for guidance on which product would be best for me to purchase, I received unhelpful and general statements that did not address the requirements that were unique to me. It was difficult and unclear how to complete the checkout procedure. I was taken aback to discover that the shipping fees had been added at the eleventh hour, and the projected delivery time was significantly longer than I had anticipated. When my shipment arrived, I was dissatisfied to discover that the products I had ordered were not as effective as they had been represented to be. To add insult to injury, the procedure of returning the item was a complete and utter nightmare. In spite of the numerous attempts I made to get in touch with customer support, I received no response. After waiting for what seemed like forever to get a reaction, I was given the runaround and informed that I was unable to return the products. In summary, Brocato's internet store was nothing short of a total letdown. The ineffectiveness of the products, the confusing checkout procedure, and the lack of expertise all contributed to a frustrating experience. As an athlete, I have higher standards, and because of this, I will be moving my business elsewhere.
