BUYER BEWARE - they will not send you enough pins and slats to set up your DVD or CD storage. The amount they send you only makes you able to do CDs on one of the doors and only DVD/Blu Ray or games on the inside and the other door. You must contact PrePac via email or phone to order more. Another problem is that the packaging of this device does not fully protect it from damage in transit. I had to send mine back the first time as the bottom was completely crumpled from the box falling. When I received it the second time, there were still a few scratches in some places, but I was ready for it. They give you a black highlighter to hide any imperfections, so here's the thing. Other than that, it wasn't all that difficult to put together. I spent about 4-5 hours having to completely disassemble the doors when I realized I couldn't use them for DVD. I could have shaved for 1.5 hours without it. After reassembling the doors I found I was still missing the pegs and shelves and simply emailed PrePac for more details. I decided that I should write a review while I was at it to warn new buyers. Overall there are so many options for media storage and I still recommend it for its looks and how it fits in with the rest of my media center. GOOD LUCK and hope you read this before you buy!
