Great support & product knowledge: Solteq Smart Retail

I like that it allowed us to connect directly to our POS system, so there was no delay in data transfer as opposed to when we did manual updates through an app from the website-which took much longer! Sometimes we would get errors saying "an error occured" upon attempting to add new products - which could be fixed but still very frustrating especially after dealing with this for over 3 yrs now. The website is outdated and needs more features. If you're having difficulty figuring out how to access your point of sale software or connecting it to the solteq platform make sure to ask other customers who have used this service before you because some people are confused about what exactly they need/want. We needed help troubleshooting issues when setting up the program on a retail store computer instead of doing it manually. Solteq has helped solve all those problems with their easy to use toolkit! The UI is very simple to use, you can easily navigate from one view to another without any difficulty at all.The solution works perfect for our needs so far! There are no issues that I have noticed thus far but if there will be anything we would like more options or features it's definitely something worth thinking about. We're solving problems of data integration between several systems such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Oracle) etc.,.
