A solid flash obtained from using Canon 600EX RT I can say it's a little less powerful but the round head is good, magnetic attachments are also a concern . I really want the flash to be powered by AA batteries. At the moment you can't find the VB-26 batteries because they are in "pre-order". So if you want a different battery, you have to buy the flash. I'm sure there will be many of these on the market soon.
