Efficient and inexpensive
People here may be familiar with the more well-known 'R' brand. This mix of oils, waxes, and a small amount of solvent appears to do the same thing, but costs a lot less. The scent is thinner but mild enough to be used indoors. I usually use it as a final finish after treating the wood with boiled linseed oil a few times and waiting for it to dry. Easy to apply, excess is easily removed with a cloth or paper towel (and an old toothbrush for deeper relief). It dries odorless for several hours and then rubs to a pleasant shine.
