I bought these cups on the recommendation of my physical therapist. I've had chronic back pain my whole life and it's gotten worse in the last year. I've tried everything and now we're going to start cupping. When he first did this, I felt a little better after a few days. I bought these mugs because they looked just like the ones he used and they were cheap. They work the same way and I practice using them on myself. They can be a little tricky and definitely require practice. But it has great suction for both sliding and stationary movements. I can't wait to perfect my technique and make it a part of my weekly routine.
